Crust
Blend 1 cup of almond meal with ¾ cup of Medjool dates, and
then press into a pie dish.
Filling
2 medium/large avocados
6 tbshoney
1/2 cup lime juice
5 tablespoons melted coconut oil
½ cup shredded coconut
Blend all ingredients and spoon on top of the crust.
Transfer dish to fridge or freezer until it has set firm.
